Dr. Yefan Wang, a glacier researcher visiting Japan under the ArCSⅢ Young Researcher Acceptance Program, delivered a seminar at the Arctic Research Center, Hokkaido University.
The theme was glacier changes in Greenland. Based on observational data from 1999–2024, he explained recent changes in Greenland’s glaciers and the relationships and impacts involving nearby proglacial lakes.
