For the FY2026 Second Round of the ArCS III Overseas Fellowship Program, four applicants for Dispatch Program and two applicants for Acceptance Program have been selected.

This round also received applications from young researchers engaged in Arctic studies from a wide range of perspectives, including political geography, Indigenous studies, marine biology, acoustic ecology, and ice sheet science. We sincerely appreciate the interest and applications from all who participated.
The next call for applications is scheduled for spring 2027.
