Dr. Benjamin PLANQUE, from the Institute of Marine Research, NORWAY, began a 2-month research stay as a specially appointed professor at the Arctic Research Center. Prof. PLANQUE will collaborate with Associate Prof. Taka Hirata on the Integrated Ecosystem Assessment of the Arctic Ocean. During his stay, Prof. PLANQUE will also give lectures as part of the “Special Lectures on Arctic Marine Ecosystem” in the Hokkaido Summer Institute 2026 program (https://hokkaidosummerinstitute.oia.hokudai.ac.jp/en/courses/CourseDetail=G096).
