“Special Lecture on Arctic and Antarctic Science II” has been organized as a joint program of Hokkaido Summer Institute and ArCS-3 Project. Graduate students from Hokkaido University and many other universities studied a broad range of cutting-edge polar sciences from lectures from Switzerland, Germany, the US and Japan.
