On Thursday, November 24, 2022, Dr. Hiroyuki Yamato, President of the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) and Mr.Takero Kasaya, Manager of General Affair Section, visited the Arctic Research Center. The future collaboration in Arctic research was discussed, including the use of the Japan’s first Arctic Research Vessel under construction.
