Members of the Arctic Research Center had the pleasure of having a lunch meeting with Her Excellency, Ambassador Petra Sigmund, along with other representatives of the German Embassy in Tokyo. The engaging discussion covered various issues ranging from Japan’s Arctic policy and engagement in Arctic business to Arctic science and potential future collaboration.
