Prof. Motohisa ABE ARC led the discussion in the maritime issues of APEC

Prof. Motohisa ABE attended the Maritime Experts Group meeting of the APEC in Peru, Lima as the Chair, and led the discussions for various policy cooperation of the region. The meeting was held from the 15th to the 17th October, under the participation of APEC economies including the USA, Russia, China, etc.
