Dr. Sei-Ichi Saitoh, Professor Emeritus and former Director, received the Hakodate-City Culture Award in the award presentation ceremony held in the Premium Hotel CABIN PRESIDENT Hakodate on November 2, 2023. His field of award is “Fisheries Sciences” in science.
