We are pleased to announce that Associate Professor Teppei Yasunari of our Arctic Research Center has been awarded the title of Distinguished Researcher for the academic year 2022 by Hokkaido University. This title is based on the university’s “Distinguished Researcher System,” established in 2022. This title is granted for “the further promotion of education and research at the university and the recruitment of excellent young faculty members.”
