On July 26 (Fri), two NASA scientists (Dr. Si-Chee Tsay and Dr. Christina Hsu) at Code 613 from NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) visited our Arctic Research Center (ARC) to discuss our future collaborations, possible future contributions to Arctic researches in Japan, possible career path of younger scientists in Hokkaido University working at NASA in the future, etc. Dr. Yasunari at our center used to work at their laboratory at NASA/GSFC for more than six years, and he, as one of the NASA children in the world, intends to keep stronger relationship between NASA and our Arctic Research Center for more future collaborations.
