Two Rectors visited the ARC from Finland

　Dr. Jouko Niinimäki, Rector of the University of Oulu, and Mr. Mauri Ylä-Kotola, Rector of the University of Lapland, visited the ARC and exchanged opinions on Arctic researches with us on Friday, November 15.
