Forth Meeting of the ICES/PICES/PAME Working Group on Integrated Ecosystem Assessment for the Central Arctic Ocean (WGICA)was held in Hokkaido University Creative Research Institute 4F, Seminar room B&C (Kita-21, Nishi-10, Kita-ku, Sapporo, Japan), from May 8 to May 10, 2019.Co-Conveners were three, Sei-Ichi Saitoh (PICES), Hein Rune Skjoldal (PAME), John Bengtson (ICES). We discussed new Terms of References (TORs) and activities in 2019-2021 and finalization of the WGICA IEA Report “2018”. 26 participants were available including foreign scientists from Norway, Sweden, United Sates, Canada, Korea.
