The 16th PORSEC (Pan Ocean Remote Sensing Conference) was held in National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU), Keelung, Taiwan, on April 22-25, 2025. Research Professor Sei-Ichi Saitoh gave a keynote talk in this conference on April 24, 2025. Title of his keynote is “Space × Aquaculture: A New Approach to Select Optimum Aquaculture Site Using SAR Satellite Data”.
