Dr. John Josephraj Selvaraj, Director of the Pacific Studies Institute at National Columbia University, visited the ARC, and the special seminar was held.

Dr. John Josephraj Selvaraj, Director of the Pacific Research Institute of the National University of Colombia, visited the Arctic Research Center and gave a special lecture on November 28 (14:00-15:00) at the Center’s Joint Research Lab (and online via Zoom). Dr. Selvaraj, a specialist in Fisheries Sciences, spoke about a series of projects by the Pacific Research Institute’s Fisheries Resource Management. Participants in the lecture listened with great interest to their research on fisheries management using digital information technology. During the Q&A session, there was a lively discussion on the secrets of success and challenges in working with stakeholders.
