Assistant Professor Juha Saunavaara (Hokkaido University Arctic Research Center) gave a lecture “Telecommunication infrastructure, environment and the sustainable development of the Arctic” on December 16, 2021 to the students enrolled in the international multidisciplinary project “The Arctic region as a zone of collaboration and a zone of competition”.
