A paper entitled ” Multilevel Governance and Interregional Cooperation in the Arctic and North” has been published in the international journal ‘Current Developments in Arctic Law’. This article has been co-authored by Juha Saunavaara and Marina Lomaeva (Hokkaido University Arctic Research Center).
