Assistant Professor Yasunari at our center has been promoted to Associate Professor as of July 1, 2021. Dr. Yasunari plans to develop further his research on atmospheric aerosols and climate in the cryosphere he worked. In addition, he will zero in on researching Arctic wildfires and their air pollution, including transboundary air pollution, especially for these assessments and prediction, with various analytical methods including observation, data analysis, and modeling.
