On August 30, ARC-HU had a visitor, Director Vladlen KUGUNUROV from Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University,Professor Trofim Chr.MAXIMOV and Senior Researcher Alexander V.KONONOV from the Biogeochemical Cycles of Permafrost Ecosystems Laboratory at the IBPC .
