International Arctic Research Center (IARC) of the University of Alaska Fairbanks and ARC-HU will conclude MOU. Director Hajo Eicken from IARC, who was staying in Sapporo for Hokkaido Summer Institute, visited ARC-HU and signed the MOU together with Director Sei-Ichi Saitoh of ARC-HU on August 1.
In the MOU, we agreed on the exchange of faculty members and students, collaborative researches and joint seminars and symposiums. Practically the MOU will go into effect after the signature of Larry Hinzman, Vice-Chancellor for Research of UAF.
